Jean-Marie Bossis, one of the brothers presents the characteristics of the vineyard of 60 ha (148 acres) classified in vintage Fin Bois, the different grape-varieties affected to Cognac, Pineau des Charentes, and to Charentais wines as well as the works of the vine carried out in reasoned agriculture throughout the year. Then, in the distillery, he explains the charentais distilling method (double distillation) in 2 copper stills before bringing you into the den of cognac producers, namely agin cellars cognac and their dozens of barrels oak and impressive barrels. The tour ends with a tasting of local products : cognac, pineau des Charentes, charentais wine, sparkling wine and grape juice for children of who are also offered games, quizzes, drawings and even swing.
